Put Flap limits in garage text for all aircraft

Instead of going to Warthunder Wiki all the time, it would help if we just had flap limits on the garage screen, there are some surprises people might not be aware of… FW flaps don’t rip until 700, Spitfire has flaps but very very low speed…

Thoughts?

my BF109 flaps never survive a hard dive at 600+

It could be great to have an indicator.
