Japan already has free swords, you can equip them for anyone.
Except for tank camo of the Japanese puppet state army, those countries you mentioned have not yet exists in the game. And it’s not a good idea to release those Axis puppet countries during the Lunar New Year.
Also, German and Allies didn’t get anything new in this update too.
