same here i was lvl 11 almost
( in german moscow campaign ) and higher in other campaigns and was just buying a weapon after that all my stuff just vanished ( OBT progress ) i have nothing now, only stuff i got was CBT exclusive things and my Twitch drop trophies.
Edit : id recommend making a bug report, that might catch the attention on this topic

Same happen to me lost all my stuff too all the twitch things i did both events with only one tank in my claims for the hours spent. Beautiful.
