Primary changing paras

I am once again requesting the devs run a final two paratrooper centric events focusing on giving all nations paratrooper squads that have the same ability of the Soviet ones: changing their primary weapon

This would allow every nation to have paratroopers for whatever BR the user desires, an especially desirable trait for Japan who currently only has br2 paratroopers

Ultimately, I like this idea. I feel that all factions should have more para options.

Personally, I think they should have the following for each faction:

1 Tech tree option that does not have a case that drops with them (or a custom one :stuck_out_tongue: upgraded through the squad upgrades)

3 event squads

  • 2 with preset primary weapons (1 High BR, 1 Low BR)
  • 1 with customizable primary weapons

2 premium squads

  • 1 with preset primary weapons (High BR)
  • 1 with customizable primary weapons

As for the US that have 3 event paras … I would add either the M1A1 Carbine or the BSA Welgun to the tech tree and make that the customizable primary event (also rerun it: anyone that already has it gets a gold order set: 1 of each order)

Why should the ability to customize their primary be premium

It is assumed the tech tree one would be customizable as well. The reason I specified the event and premium ones is that many premiums and events are not customizable.

Its already been confirmed we are not getting TT paratroopers

Doesn’t change the fact that i think we should still get them.
