Once you gave us opportunity to add engineers for MG premim squads, id like have the same weapon for them to be available
if i have for example chauchat squad, i have no chauchat left to equip my engineer with
that should be changed

Tbh I don’t understand why prem squads’ engineers have acces to “wrong” weapon classes and can build all buildings.
I guess EG is too tempting.

I sorta like engineers getting wrong weapons like smgs, but the lmgs seem a little wierd. Very Close to doing away with class loadouts all together. not sure Im on board with that.
Honestly you can do better with bolt than a chauchat but option should still be there. Also f2p squads also shouldn’t be restricted if you want engineer to have lmg then you should have lmg as long as you are in machinegunner squad.

Dev have to release premium weapons not squads
Old premium squads are a 
of coding so you can’t change anything without breaking everything in return.
Too much work for something that the devs don’t really view as important as they can just release new engi included premium / event squads and just phase the old ones slowly from the marketplace.

And have actual cancer engineer squads of AS-44s and PPD40DSZs with the Soviet Armor? Yeah, no.
Premium squad will be most likely reworked with upcoming tech tree/new squad system update. This suggestion is completely irrelevant now, it will be completely changed.

Tbh we haven’t got any detail about what will happen to ANY squad.
Like, I hardly believe Germany will have a hundred or so squads, a lot of them redundant…
No news about Premium squad rework until now, is confirmed that “only” free squad get reworked for be more Moddable and less streamlined in their soldier number and specialist
For what they said us Premium squad format remain the same as now

That’s simply not true. 
Premium stuff will get its BR as well => it’s need to be reworked in some way.
And from this pic it looks like more premium stuff COULD not be affiliated to the one special premium squad anymore.
It’s pretty obvious they’re currently trying rework premium squads as well. Something is in theirs minds at least, yet we just dont know complete picture.
So pointless suggestion before you actually know current plans for them is just spam. There’s just no value in such suggestions. They even could already plan exactly the thing OP wants.
That’s why every helper etc is saying wait for the q&a devblog.

I may be interpreting that photo wrong, but the premium items there have a little squad symbol on the bottom right. I don’t think they’ll be without their troops
