How often do premium squads go on deals for? I know they are on deal during Christmas but what about the rest of the year? Is it on specific dates/holidays (e.g. Easter), case-by-case basis.
Around two or three times. Sometimes during campaign releases or special events.

3 times : Christmas, Enlisted’s B-day and usually a 3rd event.
