Can you change premium 4 star soldiers to 5 star? Lots of people collects and upgrades soldiers to max level 5. And with my OCD I cannot accept few of them having max level 4.

No you can’t, premium squads had level 5 soldiers in CBT and they were OP, thats why they are only level 4 now.
Ability to get best perks right on start is what makes rank V soldiers in premium squads so dangerous. I think they should remain at rank IV. While it is a bit inconvenient, they are still usable enough (judging by my MP-18 squad).
the problem isnt the level by it self. they can still be lvl 5 visual with useless perks that cant be changed even with retraining orders.
they were “OP” by the fact that the squad could be upgraded with more soldiers and had a vitally perk.
right now, imo, i find them a downgrade to a fully upgraded squad.
as other guy stated, they are only good on the first week.
and yes. it triggers my OCD too.

I know, i have them, and i have to say, they were powerfull with vitality perk back then.
Edit: they are worse then fully upgraded SMG squad, but imo that is better, as they shoudnt be more powerfull than squads that you can get for free.
5 star Premium squads still exist tho, donno if you notice them befor or not:

still, and gratefull for no vitally perk. that immo was just wrong.
still, having 4 and 5 star ones, i see no reason why cant the other ones be 5 star too.
I have all CBT squads, i know they exist. Vitality perk is still there, but then you cant have 200% medpack and that is just better imo.
