Correction:

ALL radiomen squads should be able to call smoke barrages with original pre nerf timer. Artillery strike may remain as is, but I miss my smoke barrage…

This is another topic. pure smoke artillery should calculate the cool down time separately from normal artillery

Yeah, smoke needs to be exception.

And british can have phosphorus smoke barrage…jokes

There should be seperate cooldowns for all three types of support. Being locked out for several minutes because somebody called in a dubious airstrike is not good.
