BR is not always final, like it can change based on the test server feedback f.e. or later after release because balancing.
Not fully, it still counts for the Tier limitations, so with prems it is possible to skip more nodes in the techtree. Tho yes, in most cases it doesn’t affect players that much.
What might be worth to change is the format of numbers, like in-game Tier is represented by 1-2-3-4-5, while BR with I-II-III-IV-V. However, the store uses roman numbers for the Tier. So there would be less confusion.
Could you please inform the person responsible for the website not to mix Arabic numerals with Roman numerals? Whenever I use other languages in your shop, the translated meanings of ‘Tier’ and ‘BR’ become utterly confusing, especially when you combine these two numbering systems.
You think we can get this helmet mask and gloves for the TT and legacy flamethrower squad, I think it looks very cool.
And on a more serious note, I was wondering how we would switch between using the flamethrower part of the weapon and the actual weapon. Will it be similar to using for example the M1901 rifle with grenade launcher?
Also kinda disappointed that the soviets got a br 3 one, but does make sense cause it’s a Mosin. Still a decent premium pre order squads.
Probably not since breathing masks are also exclusive to premium jet pilots. I love when standard issue gear is locked behind limited event/premium squads
Then let’s have something actually unique and not standard issue stuff. For an example this squad could have had new finnish speaking soldiers and finnish uniforms.
But apparently only chinese and french are allowed to have this
flamethrowers got nerfed multiple times while all other gun types got buffed multiple times over the years.
barely anyone uses these anymore and if then it has no impact on the match.
to sell these squads the soviet one needs to be downranked to br2 and the german one (assuming its the power level of the standard br4 flamethrower) needs the smg stats receive mild nerfs and the then downtiered to br4. at the same time buff the stats of the br5 suomi smg and you create a good identity for both suomi squads in the game.
normal br4 flamethrowers are barely playable and the br3 ones are utterly underpowered and unplayable compared to other guns.
do this and there will be more than 50 people buying these squads.
edit: to get by with even less work, give both suomi SMGs the same slightly nerfed stats and put them in br4, which should have been done after the merge anyway.
Also, the tier 1 flamethrower only has an 18m range, which is way too short in today’s game. On top of that, it has a crippling movement speed debuff—it’s almost impossible to stay alive.
In my opinion, it should have been adjusted a long time ago. What they did before was a total betrayal: they quickly sold two premium flamethrower squads, then nerfed them into the ground right after. Now they’re selling new flamethrower squads again but still refuse to buff them.
I swear their decision-making is worse than Supercell’s awakened cards. At least Supercell makes units strong first, then does small nerfs, adjustments, and reworks until they’re balanced. They don’t just kill a class in one patch in 2023 like they did with the flamethrower and the cavalry, ignore it completely, and then come back trying to cash in again without even reverting the nerfs.
Disappointing, a portrait should always feature a representative connected to the pre-order teams, otherwise it should at least have a minimum of popularity among WWII enthusiasts. If they don’t have time to create an interesting portrait, they should use famous personalities like Vasily Zaitsev or Simo Häyhä, which is much more inspiring for players! The nickname decorator matches the pre-order standards and is neutral for any faction, but it could have a different look that doesn’t resemble Hot Wheels car designs! I’ll buy the team I like best in a few months!
I can see how to an engineer this makes perfect sense, but most casuals and even veterans, dont notice this at all because at the end of the day numbers are INTERCHANGABLE in human minds.
Use letters, colors, Or anything else other than numbers
I suggets Unicode: U+00034 for Tier 4.
Get rid of this system, just stick to BRs, thats what actually matters.
Okay, I think the players upstairs have been complaining, but they seem unwilling to spend a single penny. If the Finnish faction is truly needed, the entire development team would have to be reinvested, which is simply impossible in the short term. Normal development and operation of a game require a significant investment of funds and time. So, if you support the developers, please spend money only if your financial situation allows. As for those who say the flamethrower is weak and refuse to buy it, I want to say that the newly released premium squad includes a combination of a flamethrower and primary weapon, plus special clothing and a spare weapon slot. This is the only combination that utilizes a secondary weapon to enhance the primary weapon’s effect, making it a top-tier, super-powerful setup. If anyone wants to cause trouble without spending money, please go back to War Thunder. This is a WWII historical game, not a WWII-themed吐槽大会 (a platform for complaining about WWII).
