At the moment the only way to destroy the target tanks in practice mode is to go for the ammo rack or fuel explosions. With late war tanks it’s not as much of an issue, since most shots detonate the ammo in one hit or set the tank ablaze, but with earlier models and with the anti-tank rifles of Moscow that strategy really isn’t the best for taking them out.
