They’ll have sorted these out already of course - the planning would have started ags ago, so what do we thing they might be??
Allies-
Ghurka - with Kukri as melee weapon
New Zealand 28 (Maori) Bn - iconic formation from the New Zealand Division - much reverred there, the veterans led Maori society for decades after retruning. Great Hakka (not sure how you’d incorporeate that into the game!! :))
Both of these would (should!) be regular infantry squads
Dunno about the Axis - 90th Light, Berselegari??
I better hope Aussie, New Zealand and Gurkha units aren’t strapped behind a pay wall. They helped out so much in the African campaign if they’re not there then I’ll be… I honestly wouldn’t know what to say.
Also it’d be cool to see a couple Italian squads too.
As for actual premium I hope for dear god that none of them are things that were very active there, like if there’s a premium p40 without one being in the campaign, or crusader tanks etc I’ll be pissed.

If you mean Italian P40, that never served in Africa.
Also Italians shoudnt be behind paywall as well as commonwealth forces.
I was talking about the P40 kitty hawk.
P-40 is to iconic to be premium tbh. Especialy for Africa theatre.
Just like there are two P-51 in Normandy, they could put a free P40 and a premium one from a particular unit, like the “Checkertails”.

As for axis, I guess Marseille’s 109 would sell a lot among wehrab… Ehm, German enthusiasts.

Yeah hopefully we get a regular P-40.
Maybe a premium could be the Hurricane Mk IV tank buster, with the twin 40mm cannons.

So something pretty much useless then? Yeah that would figure…
I mean yeah it’s niche, but as a low level premium it could be fun. I’ll take a fun situational premium over an OP one.

A Semovente 75/42 would be nice to have as a tank destroyer but i’ll be happy even with an m14 with cool decals, for infantry it depends if the british get semiauto rifles or not, they will probably get the garand anyway.

Doing Hakas to instill fear in my enemies would just be grand indeed
One thing I do hope is, since the commonwealth members are english speakers BUT different than the us, they will have DIFFERENT SPEACH. In normandy, us soldiers sound sooo cartoonish and stupid everytime they open their mouth, I wish they’d just shut up completely. Wich connect with the OP: a Maori squad CUSSING IN MAORI would be a certain buy from me.

That was not in service when Tunisia happend, but we will see maybe they will add it there, as there is already Chaffe in Normandy.
Possible premium guns
Owen SMG
Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer
MG 08/15
Just like that Russian armoured car lol
By Tunisia the Australians had left to go to the Pacific - so there should be no Owens, nor Australians.
But if “Tunisia” really means “North Africa” then we can get Aussies, but the Owen is still out of period, since it wasn’t available when Australian troops were there.
Are there any South African weapons or squads that might be a bit unique?
Why, yes! Yes there is!

Might be too advanced technically.
Those two however, are more accurate, and oddly enough were a thing… (!!! And I only was looking for jokes, camel mgs did exist… uh…)

Don’t actually look South African…
They don’t… mostly oriental/north African. I mostly posted those for a joke, but was hit with disbelief once I realized camel lmgs DID exist…
