Has anyone been repeatedly matched with literally piss poor players (USSR). I have been going on a streak of nearly 5 matches in a row being matched with players who, don’t defend objectives (standing outside to farm kills), refusing to build rally point, refuse to destroy enemy tank, and refuse to mark enemy position. That describe half the players (5 out 10 per match) I been matched with, compare to the day before where I won 3 out of 5 matchs (all are USSR). Is there a hidden skillbased matchmaking?

its a player base issue, in this game the player base is highly fluid and always stack the winning side.
The sad part is that veterans have more than faction maxed while new players faithfully grind one faction, as always they lose the most.

that’s so true, if i was grinding USA i would quit playing after recent update that made japan stomping every match.

Well, they do deserve it since they were the most popular faction before this update dropped.
I have been playing Enlisted for a year and a half and the last two weeks have consisted of some of the worst games I have ever had. All of them as Soviets or Americans.
Its a combination of very bad skilled players and deserters who leave if the team does not capture a point in the first 5 minutes. Likewise on defense if the team loses a point within the first 5 minutes, half the people just desert. No skill, no drive, no motivation.
But if you bring desertion up here on the forum as an issue then you have to listen to people trying to justify their awful behavior by saying they “aren’t having fun” or they “thought Enlisted is a casual game” whatever that means. COD is a casual game and people still try to play the game, they don’t just quit when they get killed one time, but whatever…I have realized you cannot get through to some people.
In the following screenshot you will note that we had the same number of experienced “gold” ranked players as the enemy team, but the soviet gold players all quit, indicating its an actual skill issue not a rank issue.
Boy… Don’t get me started on this subject. But good, I’m not the only one noticing. Game would be more enjoyable to my playstyle if these bots just got good or just uninstalled. But if I have to “adapt” to the circumstances, I guess that’s what I shall do.
Not much of a quitter or runner from things. But taking advice from someone where they just simply told me to “let the noob vehicle spammers, etc. just lose or quit matches, not worth carrying”. Have to agree with the sentiment. I wasn’t as nice about it back in H&G either, now that I remember.

I play Axis whatever it’s losing or not, from the beginning.
Sometimes my back hurts very much, when shitnuggets are wandering aimlessly.
