The player who set up the explosives gets 150 points in the Destruction mode.
How about giving some points for disarming the explosives too?

There should also be points for unlocking a cap point (which is done before you start to cap it).

No one unlocks the cap, it unlocks on it’s own after a set period of time in confrontation.

The cap unlock himself alone in confrontation, you can only put your squad on him for start capping soon after the unlock
