Sometimes I know game stats say to give a side a chance, I get that, but with new BR system, some of these imbalances may not reflect what the sides are really like.
I am simply talking about No of tickets gained on a point cap, the amount and speed of capping a point compared to another side.
Prime examples: Berlin, Confrontation ticket gain is far less. Cap speed with two or three is very slow, despite Allies on Berlin having a very hard time, as majority of games low level and bot games.
Hope this makes sense, feel free to discuss below, keep on track please

Once the merge drop, common sense want that because at different BR we have a different situation with playerbase, gun, victory and defeat rate, all the value of reinforcements and capture time should be resetted to the default one for ensure fair play

I still think that rather than giving one side or another an advantage like that (which inevitably causes everyone to flip to one side or another), that they at least TRY a system of giving a multiplier to the team with less players.
Essentially, for each additional player that the enemy has more than you, your team gets a 20% bonus to xp.
This way, players are actually incentivized to play on the less popular teams, without changing the balance altogether.

Additionally, it would help reduce the desertion rate, by making games worth playing even if your team is at the disadvantage.

In the event that your team WINS with fewer players, you are looking at a MASSIVE amount of rewards.
