I guess someone figured it isn’t necessary with the new presets or something - but I haven’t figured those out yet, and am finding life without it to be a bit more complicated.

If you click presets, remove unnecessary equipment is there.

I don’t see it there - in fact I can’t figure out how presets work at all - there seems no means of editing anything.
Odd? If go to add extra soldiers and click on one in the reserve, the presets button, remove equipment is there for me?

Ah - got it - was looking at the preset function for Squads, not soldiers - thanks

Found it - BUT… it is only when you are looking at a soldier that is in a squad - it isn’t available when hte soldier is in reserves, so not really useful at all for what I want.
no you can do it to the guy in reserve. I just did it again to make sure.
just gotta click on him first

You can equip preset or strip equipment on soldier indipendentely it is in reserve or in a squad

Yeah but typically I’m only interested in when I’m moving soldiers from squad to reserve and vice versa - this system gives me a couple of extra clicks to strip a soldier of unnecessary gear, and seem jsut a needless addition.
