What’s your opinion on reducing the penetrating power?

This tank can attack people, can penetrate BR 3 tanks, and can shoot at aircraft. I won’t go into too much detail about these, but at the very least, reduce its penetration power against wooden houses. Pointing the gun at the wall and pressing the left mouse button can blow up the people inside completely. It’s a bit excessive that there’s no safe place to stand inside the wooden house.
