Since merge, gameplay has changed and the capture times and ticket gain is insane on certain sides, please rebalance, now the merge has settled n all.

Please fix this, especially on eastern front Berlin maps, German still have ticket and capture speed advantage, most noticeable in train mode. Please remove all German buffs in Berlin maps, as they now have enough players and no longer need those advantage.
