most of the time it seems like they only have 1-2 team that is doing everything. i really dont see them as having many programmers considering state of the game and state of updates/bug fixes.
they removed season from updates. now updates are independent of battle pass.
i am not certain they have revision control. ffs idk how many times something is fixed, just to be broken in next update. it seems like everyone is having whole source locally and whenever someone fixes bug they compile whatever source guy who fix it has.

Yep agreed, but people always have own code in branches, then merged in for release, generally reg tests run after that… I think the main issue is AI is specialist skill for a dev, so maybe resource being shared between WT and Enlisted (makes sense!), But that doesn’t excuse the fixes breaking every patch in my opinion.
Thanks and good to know, but it’s interesting you think I will like next QoL, will it be tweaks to plane guns, tailgunners (now selectable) is it Better Custom options to allow us to chose campaigns like we can now, dedicated servers I mean?
They are the things on my personal wishlist

Sorry just a bit cynical after latest QoL said fixed AT weapons going though exploded tanks… how that was even reported baffled me!

I really hope they fix aa guns cause at the current state of the game we do not need dedicated Planes squads just to eliminate them aa guns could do that job but now they can’t
Unless it’s AI or MG related change I don’t think I’ll be impressed.
I would be even more impressed if they would just simply fix all bugs this game has.

While this has been true for some time, i can see the battlepass being the timer until the update this time around. The case being that many of the contents of the battlepass will be obsolete for the next update because of the changes to currency cards.
Time will tell though
I’m not worried that DF doesn’t have good ideas and thoughts, but I am worried that the new ideas and thoughts are designed to be professional, rigorous and comprehensive enough.
Especially if DF overdrafts the future, uses “251 and m3 t48” before Enlisted 2.0, or more AA vehicles, etc…
Hopefully the helper group and Alpha will be able to oversee DF better this time
