Please Improve Your Auto-match system . Either distribute team equally based on rank or match make with everyplayer with near about same rank. No new player will play your game if they are getting only corporal and privates in there team and in opponent team its full of marshal .

This game depends heavily on game knowledge.
And you can mostly only achieve that through sufficient experience. I actually trust Marshals to know what they’re doing a lot more than beginners - even if those beginners bring experience from other shooters and know how to aim their gun.
If rank didn’t cap out and reset, it’d actually be a good measure for matchmaking.

While I don’t think the problem is about the ranks, I do think it is related to matchmaking. The imbalance between factions creates an annoying meta of joining the side already winning, because “almost full bot” teams are common on factions that are currently unpopular.
It is too easy to farm the bots. Multiple strats exist that completely defeat a bot team if even a few human players cover the right bottleneck. They should spread out more if possible, some bots choosing flanking routes so the game doesn’t become a farm fest so easily.
Unpopular factions and teams with many bots, could also have extra rewards so you can at least farm a bit while getting your ass kicked.

yes and i’d want to be matched against people with similar count of matches played.
Well, yeah, they can make improvements. But what you suggest wouldn’t solve the issue much. Because I’m pretty sure some of those “marshals” leeched their way there and didn’t do so because they were that good or whatever. Rank and that win rate don’t account for much atm sad to say. Easy to exploit.
I mean, if you play like that 17-hour guy does, you will probably reach Marshal pretty quick yourself.
