Please get rid of the "New Offers" thing

I was hoping the new UI would fix this, but the damn thing STILL shows up randomly after battles.

I don’t even know what it’s trying to get me to buy. At least redirect me to this supposed “offer” when I click the thing. The current one will either annoy people (like me), or train players to ignore the notification. Pls fix.
