I have tried to find a player’s achievements but when typing in their gamer tag, it comes up “user not found”. I am not misspelling their tag, nor leaving out other marks in the tag; but, what the heck!
Maybe he is a bot?

Ask for my name for example to test if you are doing it right.
If the player doesn’t apear its either a bot squad from the game or, typed the name incorrectly.
Your achievements came up, so I did not mistype other player.
Looks like it could be.
Probably bot game generated squads. They won’t apear to add as friends or, on acchivments.
