Planes able to choose spawn in pacific or ban sky spawn for all planes

So taking off from carrier sucks. Let us have the option to spawn from the sky just like p38. or stop them spawning from sky

Historically speaking
Most of the current Japanese aircraft are carrier-based
So they need battleships to take off
Only 1 or 2 late-stage fighters took off from land

All they should do is ensure that the Japanese army can take off in the sky and allow the carrier-based aircraft to land for repairs
