It was already hard to level the squads before the respawn nerf, but they made it even harder. Now its literary hell to even go through the upgrade tree compared to other squads. I did manage to max the level of all other squads except the plane squads in a single campaign, but grinding xp is too time consuming for plane squads to the point that I think it really needs a xp boost.

Cant say this most pilots are done after 1 life ^^
I don’t have a problem leveling attackers, but fighters are definitely slow to level because you don’t get much for shooting down other planes.

Definetly agree with fighters. They have like one purpose and they dont get enough XP which makes them unattractive for most people.
Idk about bombers. At least I dont have issues grinding the German ones as they are perfect for CAS bombing.
I belive I have every plane squad maxed out right now. Killing planes /bomb and rocket strafes got me xp pretty fast. But if you crash ur plane I can see where ur e problem comes from
