When you crash an airplane, there is a noticeable delay before it explodes. This creates some very awkward, physically impossible scenes, such as the airplane stopping dead and simply hanging in the air for half a second. Really ruins the immersion. A plane crash should feel like a plane crash - instant, catastrophic, and the airplane should disintegrate on impact. For that matter, the fuselage shouldn’t bounce up into the air like a balloon.

Airplane crashes should deal damage. It makes no sense that a tank can survive a direct hit from a kamakazi, let alone one carrying munitions.

I think I raised this previously, but - people jumping out of airplanes should follow the same arc as bombs being dropped, not drop straight down without any forward speed and inertia.

You already have an exit speed that is different according to the plane speed and direction.
But yea sometime it doesn’t feels artificial.
It’s network related issue.
It used to have this. But it can also cause teamkill. Maybe dev removed it for this.
We’ve already get this. In early versions, you can literally exit the plane without parachuting and still alive.
They should remove the tk but bring back damage to enemies. Not so much for planes but for tanks.
When people will realise there is a delay between every action in this game …
Ive got 10ms and this delay is still there the tickrate of the server are very bad or the netcode is buggy or both
- Not really an immersion brake, there are worse thing like
- small rock who stop tank
- build an AA guns with vodka and hammer
- prototype mass usued ecc…
Maybe im get usued by everything posted up, but 1s of delay before the plane boom is not a big deal

Plane netcode is one of the worst of the game.
I always head on crashed into enemy planes, and game let me survive without any damage.
Also old hit registration, game randomly refuse your damage.
The same except one thing … the hitboxes moves at 500kph not a running man speed … delay is here everywhere in this game
