Place some weapons and vehicles separately in BR6

Considering that this game’s BR5 is currently the most unbalanced PR5, I have an idea - to move some weapons and equipment to BR6, creating a separate BR dedicated to weapons.
In terms of weapons, I will move the T20, AVT-40, FG42 II, Type Hei Automatic rifle, and others to BR6, while the submachine guns, assault rifles, and machine guns in BR5 remain unchanged.
For tanks, I will move the IS-2, M4A3E2(76)W, M26, T26E1-1, Tiger II(P)(H), and Ho-Ri Production tanks to BR6, while other tanks remain the same.
For aircraft, I will move all the jet aircraft to BR6, while the propeller aircraft remain unchanged.
If it turns out like this, what kind of situation might you encounter in the game?
You won’t see T20, AVT-40, FG42 II, and other fully-powered automatic rifles wreaking havoc across PR5, overshadowing the brilliance of other weapons and taking the assault mission back to assault rifles and assault guns. You won’t see jet planes flying through the sky, scattering people all over the place and causing chaos, and you can’t even catch up with them in a propeller plane. And in terms of ground tanks, you won’t be frustrated by being unable to deal with some all-purpose tanks anymore, and some less noticeable vehicles will once again be able to play their roles.
For those who still want to experience a bit of the original World War II experience in this game, let them play to their desires.

I like the idea that some of those over performing weapons and vehicles have to be separated. However, ultimately i voted No. My reason for voting No is that, perhaps there should be more fine tuning for implementing this(For example, making another whole BR means even more diverted playerbase)or rather than creating whole another BR for 4 nations, maybe it would be wise to just nerf them in some way or adding some kind of cooldown/points system for them to spawn in. That’s my opinion on this matter. I’d like to hear other opinions on this matter too. Who knows, maybe someone comes up with an idea that would implement this as much fair as possible.

Yes if people will stop trying to nerf high power stuff that in reality they just don’t like playing against… they would like to have their own fantasy world where everything is to their liking and takes care for their soft feelings.

Are you saying that by setting a weapon power value for the team, you can limit the number of high-performance weapons in the team? For example, if each team has a total score of 100 points and equips one FG42II type weapon, it will consume 25 points. A team can only equip four FG42II types, and anything else can only be a bolt-action rifle.
Vehicles also need to have points deducted or a longer cooldown time to limit players from using three vehicles consecutively. I think this approach is also okay, but it might also cause some other problems.

I understand that the balance issue of this game is extremely difficult to solve. No matter how it is modified, it will inevitably trigger the dissatisfaction of some people. However, I really want all four factions’ BR5 to be playable. Players should be able to engage in battles against each other under relatively fair conditions. Unlike now, some factions have insufficient players playing their BR5 due to balance issues, and it also frustrates some players who have stuck to this faction’s BR5 and keep failing.

The point system/spawn cooldown thing i talked about was for vehicle only thing.
For guns, i think just straight nerf them would be a much better outcome than creating whole another BR for them. Reduces the damage of SF and/or increases the recoil a lot surely stop being spammed on 9 man squad and full auto beam down everything. Or, at least would make them less capable than they are right now which would creating a room for make other stuff viable to use on BR 5.

I’ve been advocating for this for a while now, powercreep has destroyed high tier balance entirely.

I think it’s highly unlikely that the required time for a kill will be changed. Once this is altered, all weapons would need to be adjusted, and it could easily cause player dissatisfaction. As for increasing the recoil, it could be a feasible balancing method. However, judging from the official adjustments in recent years, it seems they want the BR5 laser gun to be the center of chaos.

Recently, I’ve been playing BR5. Apart from the thought that it’s a disaster in terms of balance, I have no other thoughts.

It is unlikely but it has to be done if we want a better balance on BR 5. The core problem of SF is that it deals more than 15(Except Hei auto)damage with being fully automatic AND almost no recoil. Not only that, but it is considered as an universal weapon so everyone except some of the specialized soldier class can have equipped. So one of those ridiculous advanatage have to go. 9 man rifleman squad all equipped with these SF and cycling between with 3 rifleman squads are absolutely meta and it’s almost toxic if you think about it compared to what other weapons such as SMG/LMG are like in BR 5. We can’t really suddenly make it not usable on the trooper class etc so the only remaining option is to either increases it’s recoil a lot or reduce it’s damage to be in line with other fully automatic weapons.

Its not irrational to move stuff that doesn’t fit thematically into WW2.

No. Just nerf jets stats and select fires recoil and it’s perfectly balanced.

I always thought br 6 would be a good idea but we have one problem, Japan they have so little equipment.

In my opinion Japan never should’ve moved past like BR3. Till then it wasn’t as horrible with Prototypes and it would’ve set a good precedent for adding other factions that can’t fit at every BR, like France or China.

Jets should have been fast interceptors instead of super bombers.

They should get a massive turn rate nerf and a armament reduction aswell - they make all other planes obsolete.

There are quite alot of gear and vehicles that are poor or overperforming in their respective BR placement - adding another BR could fix this, while also flattening the massive power increase in certain BRs.

Alot of BR2 SMGs perform like BR3 SMGs, bad BR2 semis could move to BR3.

KV1, Panzer IV H, T34 57, T34STZ and such could move to BR4, leaving first T34, Panzer IV F2 and such in BR3.

Panther, Jumbo, IS1 and other well armored vehicles could move to BR5, and while at it make BR6 just for the top of the top - Tiger II H, Superpershing and such.

I personally think that even a 7th BR could work with the gear differences that we have in the game - though maybe this would add too many MM queues, not to mention perhaps simply turning the MM into ±0BR would be the better idea.
