I just wonder, why I cant re-combine my soldiers perks after their return from academy… As I have new 5 star soldier with low level perks, I just cant replace them with extra skill point because there are three perks chosen by program every time. I think its should be players freedom to choose perks as long as they have enough skill point. Its really a frustration to find out that perks can`t be replaced after long waiting of 8 hours of training a 5 star soldier…

You can change their perk. But only if you have retraining points.

Retraining points can be obtained through special green cards or by playing them enough. each time that they reach a new level of veterancy, instead of stars ( that they already covered/unlocked ) they gain retraining points that can be used to change perks.

Thanks, but I mean, for example, if I have 18 skill point for health, I couldnt choose skills under 18 freely. Every time when I want to re-choose, there are just three options which are given by the system and cant be changed

Oftentimes, you first have to replace another perk, that is using up the skill points, that you need for your desired perk to become available.
And sometimes it can take quite a few rolls for your desired perk to show up.
