give points for soldiers and longer list what to training with certain soldier type, 3 possible perks and all for something what it not belong to that type.

than small iron craft and metal production, after all tree is researched THAN u can get squad and go to fight like a privat soldier company whos not share research with other squads

Thats RNG for you and reason why retraining points and monetization exists. Tankers are still likely to have to abandon their vehicle and continue fighting on foot.
technicaly, you can use trooper to somehow fly an aircraft (just go for airfield invasion in Normandy)
why? Infantry is less likely to use someone else´s vehicle than tanker ending up on foot after his vehicle is taken out.

From the last devblog, they intend on reworking perks a little anyway so idk why you made this post if you arent paying attention at all to development
