I think we need perk presets. Even if we needed to pay an equivalent of resetting the perks to be able to set up the other preset, it would be a nice quality of life improvement. It’s just annoying to spend the silver and time to change every soldier’s recoil perk for the bolt action speed one whenever you wanna play low tier:)

You have multiple squads of the same type
Make one set of squads for low tier, one set of squads for high tier, etc
And leave the men in their respective squads so they are always ready to go the moment you want to switch tiers. Saves on the Silver costs too since you won’t be constantly spending 1-3 matches worth just to change their perks

That’s one way to do it I guess. But it doesn’t work with every faction every (Japan has one engineer II squad for example). Plus it would just be a nice improvement since you sometimes need multiple perk presets.
This is just the best, cheapest, solution I’ve come up with so far

Fun thing is, bolt action speed perk doesn’t work.
Would love perk presets. The most annoying and time-consuming part about using a new squad or new soldiers is taking the time to individually divvy out all of the perk points in each tree. Let me just tick a preset and let the game automatically choose the upgrades for me as the soldiers level up.
We can do this for soldier loadouts, why not their perks?? Simple QOL feature that allows us to spend less time in menus and more time in game.
