Typically for Normandy German players. Spawn in plane, fire all rockets and just ram in the ground.
Another idea is also delay spawn of planes at the start of the battle.

im playing u.s side but some times mouse not working and plane self shaking and moving direcly to the ground ,i guess have a weired script issue or connection issue
Yes it is typical for all players and it is sad.
I am always trying to stay alive as long as possible flying my P38 or Bf110, heck I even had people shitting at me for it, that I am being useless in plane for the whole game - which is not true, when i am in top 30% of the team by score. And of course everybody can play the way they want to. I like flying, so I will continue doing it.
There should be delay at the start, maybe allowing to take out plane after a minute or so,
then there should be penalization for killing themselves by suiciding into ground ? This though could be bad for the playerbase - so maybe rather give a motivation to stay up in the air ? Maybe you gain some xp for active combat fly time, so people do not just fly outside the map doing nothing.
Also the whole flying aspect needs some rework regarding the time to time shaking when flying (I think it is connected to the fly instructor, I tried to turn it off which helped out but I could not use my mouse to aim anymore, I had to fly only by using keyboard which is fine for me as i use it normally but I need the mouse for aiming)
- the damage model is unfinished, sometimes a 110 can take a beating before going down, then there are occasions then one hit sends her into a flatspin.
I am not happy about people suiciding, because in reality you would try everything to stay alive and it takes the opportunity for my P38 to get a target to shoot at. But penalty is always bad. I would rather see a motivation to not crash your plane, we need airfields further away from the battlefield with the opportunity to fix your light damage + lowering the lethality of planes because of the greater distance they have to cover.
I hate to crash my plane into ground just because I have been hit several times which resulted in loosing all the drag from the airframe.

I saw doing that more often Germans than US. And I am playing both sides. 
i play the US mostly, iv seen a fucking lot of p-38 just shooting rockets and crashing. In my experience, the bf110 pilots just go resupply instead on killing themselves
I’d say if you crash a plane it should become unusable for the next 3 battles.
Have you considered it doesn’t matter which side it is, people will do it regardless? You’re just petty.
