Unless you are pinging a tank as usually there is only one marked at a time its very hard to tell where your party is pinging.

While playing with a friend the other day we found it near impossible to know where each others pings were. At one point I was in a tank and he said "watch out guy with a bazooka right here. I proceeded to look around at the 12 red flashing triangles on the battle field and try to figure out which one was his.

I would love to see an implementation of something as simple as different color pings. Preferable a few different colors that we could choose from as I am color deficient and the typical red and green colors are a problem for me.

Agreed, that would make playing in a relay much clearer. Have suggested the same with the marking of the troops.

Personally I think it would be for the best to add a setting in the Options menu to allow us to customize the color of the marker. If someone is color-blind they can simply go in Options and find a color that’s suitable.
