Paratroopers give the defender no time to organize their defense

We should limit the paratroopers or learn “Battlefield” to give the defenders time to retreat.

When the defender loses a strategic point, I even have to commit suicide to ensure that I will be resurrected immediately at the next strategic point. If I hesitate a little, the enemy’s paratroopers may capture the strategic point before the defender returns to the strategic point.
Not to mention building rally points, the paratroopers won’t give you any time to build them, so the entire game’s offense and defense are turned into a boring marathon by the paratroopers.

This is very annoying

Understandable.
What do you suggest, perhaps the same as the plane spawn delay also for paraplanes?

Fallacy.

I can get to next objective in moment even when not using paras.
It’s not fault of paras that majority of defenders always farms kills even tho objective is already on completely different place.

I think it’s possible to learn Battlefield 5
When a strategic point is lost, a 1-minute retreat phase will be added. All defenders in the fallen area are forced to expose their positions. The attacker can hunt down defenders who have not yet had time to retreat to gain extra points during this phase.
This stage can end early after killing all or all defending players and successfully retreating.
If the defender withdraws from the occupied area in time, it will receive an ammunition supply to organize a new defense.

In this way, other defender players will gain valuable time to consolidate the defense of the next strategic point, and also prevent the problem of paratroopers racing against the defender.

Paratroopers are much faster than infantry

capture and secure, I’ve been suggesting this since I remember, it means attackers can’t move on until the objective is cleared up and secured.

No. Restrictions on attackers should not be done just because the average player playing defence doesn’t give a shit about defending.

Nobody falls back when the cap is lost, just like nobody cares to look at the minimap to check if there are any friendlies on the cap before they do some retarded camp/flanking manoeuvre.

Besides, fast consecutive caps are the often the only way to flip a losing attacker game.

Play defence? Git gud.

Yes / no but yes and no.
Staying nearby lost cap point was more than valid tactic before paras, which gave bit more time for those that either spawned or ran to next cap point.

Paras changed this entirely, since they can appear from thin air without anykind of warning. Had few games where the next cap was already contested before ppl got to spawn in.
Sure sweaty jackie chans vs average burger bobs is quite bad comparison, since the game would have been lost anyway even without paras.
Eitherway, in current terms the paras are broken af.

I disagree. When I see paratroopers rush the next point and capture it, it is because the defenders are still all the way at the last capture point. If you are getting overwhelmed, you have to make the choice to fall back or stay and I constantly see defenders not fallback.

This is why truck/APC infantry was introduced, to use a more mobile form of warfare and overrun foot infantry.

Please start using them.
