Paratrooper should have a ground lodout

Is my opinion that paratrooper squad should be more flexible leaving the player the choice to drop or spawn without sacrificing the lodout if they spawn on the ground

So

We should give them a ground lodout

The grounds lodout would be costumizable by the player and should be considered the main squad Lodout for the BR (obliviously if they have a premium/event gun the gun can’t be changed)

  • So as a normal squad we are going give them gun, pistol, pouch,medikit granade, some specialist ecc… And they would be and act as a normal squad and even have a ground uniform instead of the one they use for drop

But

  • Wen they drop they lose ammo pouch, their uniform is reverted to the drop one, and all soldier are reverted to simply paratrooper until you don’t reach the crate for select a lodout

Or, let Paratroopers pick their loadout from ammo crates aswell.

One can dream, suggestion aren’t necessary be currently possible, but possible to happen and healthy to the game

But yea as far I know squad are hard coded (if I remember good) so every minimal change is hard mission

Isn’t it better to allow players to spawn on the ground with one of the crate loadouts? Like a dropdown menu where you can chose basic/AT/mortar/assault and then spawn.

You won’t be abe to customise as much but I guess it would be much easier to do.

The uniforms shouldnt change. We already have a ton of non paratrooper squads that have paratrooper uniforms.

Honestly I wouldn’t want use crate weapons if I’m ground spawning, like for example especially for AT specialist, im not a fan of what weapon are inside

Why not? Excuse me but you don’t want your German paratrooper use a Luftwaffe uniform if they ground spawn? Alongside their normal drop uniform, I think have a uniform for the ground spawn and one for the plane drop spawn would be cool to see

Because they never drop after Crete, in Enlisted you can make them drop, and I’m just asking for Costumization option
