As all the Soviet Paratrooper units can play in all BRs is there any reason the other factions Paratroop units can’t have the same capability ?

A unique feature.
Other factions have unique weapons, but the Soviets do not.
On the one hand, it is universal, but on the other, it is full of limitations.
I’d like to make an amphibious assault with machine guns, but I can’t… Why, not ?..

Yes. Soviets don’t have a unique weapons and they did that because all other factions had low to high BR paras at the time.

You can equip them with many unique weapons, for example Bramit ppds.

So the solution is, all other nations get customisable paratroopers ( preferable TT - its about time ), while Soviets get some more specialised Paratroopers.

Makes sense then right?

I’d rather have Paras that I can bring to any BR and not have the main weapon, that half the squad is solely equipped with, be abysmal compared to everything else.

If you want to do it, I won’t lose anything if they make one such universal landing force for everyone, and give the Soviets one unique one.

Well Paras need tweaking, yes, but we should get justice for all factions first.

What you meant to say is that all factions should have customizable Paratroopers, preferably in the RT because why should entire classes be locked behind premiums!

If nonsense such as guerillas can be in TT, paratroopers should definitely be as well.

If needed, they can always add more SPAA into TTs too. Those new ones decimating para planes extremely effectively.
