So why cant we add big ammo pouch in the supply box and replace the parachute when we interact with it?

Lack of ammo pouch is good balance aspect. You already get big ammo pounch for the weapons from the box.
I agree with that,but what about for the FG42 paratroopers?if they pick the sniper loadout its burning both ammo fast.
The sniper rifle was changed to G43, so that’s no longer a case.
Oh,that helps,didnt know that since I dont use snipers very often,thanks.
