During the Battle for Berlin volunteers were given a variety of Panzefausts, some 60 and some 100. The Volkstrum units also were equipped with MG 34s, standard k98 rifles. Their arm bands were slightly diffrent. white base with eagle and capital letters above it in black like the eagle. The emegency volunteer units have a specific look, as shown here. The question is how would it possible to replicate the size of the units knowing the diverse equipment load outs. I’ve checked out a variety of volunteer units in the game so far and they are very diffrent from the standard gameplay.

so, we used to have an anti tank volkssturm squad, but it’s a legacy pre-merge squad:
as far as your suggestion goes, you mean you want an additional event/premium anti tank event squad made out of volkssturm with 4 personell with AT, while one is an engineer?

Like the old event squads (soviet and german) with AT riffles + 1 engee?
well, if it’s going to be an event or premium, sure.
same squad composition.
but ugh, it’s a bit unlikely considering both japan and us never received a low br event squad with at rifles
making germany having another squad with no counter parts for other factions ( … like the AG automatic grenade launcher )
I personally was gonna suggest we give the TT volksturm squad access to panzerfaust, but they only carry one instead of the usual 5. Unlocking it would work like how engineers in their squads unlock their builds.
Oke crazy suggestion:
Add a full rifleman event squad with panzerfaust 100’s, all nine men get one combined with a kriegmodel Kar98k.
buttttt they can neither remove the panzerfaust 100 or the kriegsmodel. So they are forced to play on high BR with a bad boltaction. That would be kinda be the volksturm vibe i think.
not really balanced considering the lack of alternatives for other nations.
