Pacific - which sever to play?

Pacific is absolutely ridiculous right now. US teams lose 95% of the time. And most of the games are just brainless steamroll slaughter. Playing as the US is pure pain, playing as Japan is abysmally tedious.

I haven’t tested any specific server yet, so maybe one of them has a better situation or there is no hope?

North American servers US teams are able to win.

Depends on what time you play, on the NA server Japanese win early in the day, US in the Afternoon and evenings
