The Normandy player base shift towards axis on a update that give Axis MP43, panzerfaust and Panther. So this is because of equipment.

You are focusing on the wrong problem here, balance the players first, then balancing weapons will be relevant and possible.

The player will go to the place with best weapon. Or else why Moscow and Normandy player base remain the same?

and that’s not the case for Tunisia, nor for Pacific as previously explained (the shift started before they buffed japanese weapons).

Anyway what do you think will happen when the balance of weapons will be perfected? players will magically be equal on both teams? Games will be fair ? spoilers : no, but I think I made my point here. Don’t get me wrong, balancing weapons is important but balancing players is the next step if Enlisted wants to improve its playerbase.
