Soviet did not have a true jet fighter during World War II, which put them at a disadvantage. Even Japan had several prototype planes in the WT, and they also have very OP propeller fighters, even as good as Meteor.
In this situation, perhaps only better CAS capabilities can be given to improve it, which is exactly what Soviet fighter lacked before.
Another thing is, the best propeller fighter for the Soviet BR5 is BR4.7 at WT, while Japan has already reached 6.3. The gap between the La7 and Su9 is way too huge, and this definitely needs to be changed.
Honestly, Germany also needs better fighter, but they still have many jets as options.
Which is the OP propeller fighter ? Just wondering wich prop can be on the same BR as the Meteor or the SU 9?
The strongest literally the BR II spitfire is on the level of Ki 84 Ko and La-7 and the only thing with a lot of ammo have miserable payload N1K2-J has 2 rockets equal to 100 kg bombs and the Bombs on the US jets are 5 times bigger really no prop can be put on the same BR as a Jet. There is some props that have fighting chance against Jets but this doesn’t mean they are equal to jets. T34 - 85 can kill a king tiger but its not on the same BR. No prop fighter is as good as the Meteor and not even close from performance and payload. The Meteor is the best plane in the game even after the nerf.
Do we have Hei in game ? I dont see it I see only Ko that is same rating as the event Spitfire.
Germany have them they need proper payloads and be put to BR IV and BR III same as the other factions. G 14 and G 10 will be good vs jets in BR IV and have a 250 kg bomb will make them in to real BR IV fighters that will make BR IV vs BR V matches much more balanced. And here you should watch RB battle rating since they corresponded best with Enlisted.
The soviets have a bit worse planes since they have a bit better tanks to compare Soviet Tanks with Japanese is exactly like to compare Soviet Planes with Japanese planes the Soviet Tanks will be better same way the Japanese planes of the same BR will be better. Japan is a plane faction in WT it will never be a tank faction. Japanese planes compensate with a lot of ammo for their lack of proper tanks. Its not like something new really.
Hori is not a tank, but it is definitely better than IS-2, unless the Soviets obtain T44-100 in the future.
Chiri in BR4 is one of the most underestimated tanks, with poor protection but possessing extremely powerful firepower. Its loading speed is twice that of Soviet tanks and it is capable of penetrating all Soviet tanks.
There is no reason why Soviet planes with high BR should be worse than Japanese planes, but this doesn’t prevent the Soviet aircraft from being suppressed by Japan high BR now.
Well do on BR V Japan have better Jet then the Soviets ? BR V is a different story Soviets dont have weaker planes on BR V since all have the same plane and the Japanese jet is the worst. BR V is the most balanced BR probably the soviets need better tank but still Ho-Ri is not King Tiger or T26 its a tank destroyer with many disadvantages yeah soviets need better BR V tank that’s true. And there is many good options from IS-3 to T44-100.
Kikka has the best climb rate and the best bombs, it is not without advantages. If you want dogfighting, you should not play jet from the beginning. And Japanese propeller fighter are very effective in dogfight.

This doesn’t change the performance that you have the Ko is on the same level as the Spitfire it can easly be fixed by giving the stpifire a bigger bomb but then comes the question of axis and Japanese payloads that are made much worse the Japanese BR V props have miserable 2 rockets and that’s it… and are BR V not BR II… By this logic we can move N1K2-J to BR III and J2M3 also I dont mind and BF 109 G-6 to BR II.
And its funny how you have gone from best dog fighter to payloads since the Spitfire is better then the Ko but if we compare payloads also allies wins sadly we miss the Parrot to laugh at the allies tears… poor allies have bad aircrafts despite having the best.
