To stay consistent with current changes, you might want to put a delay on both sides (atleast in pacific) to stop planes from killing off half the attacking side at start of match.

At least a delay on air spawned planes. Like, fine, the carrier spawned planes take long enough to spin up, take off, get any kind of speed, and all but the fighters are slow. But being able to spawn army planes right away? I love my P40, and really the other fighters with ground attack at BR1/2, but even I can admit being able to do a thing against the japanese that they can’t counter until BR IV is OPAF

Used to be 30 second delay in all campaigns - so yeah, air spawn planes still ned it.
110’s and Ju-188’s in Normandy - I remember FrenchCanadian getting 45 or 50 kills within 20 or 30 seconds of game start with Ju-188!!
P-38 gets 1 free attack - but it can’t even dogfight a D3A that still has bombs on board, leet alone a Zero…so there is little to fear in teh longer game.
