Played some Normandy today, I always run in all my campaigns at least one bolt action squad and sniper. I found that my Springfields often did not one-shot down, even at a distance of 70 meters. I decide to take a break and play some Moscow and my Karabiner 98s decide to outright one-hit kill at ~200 meters (cap point distance marker).

…What exactly is going on with bolt damage? I’m curious why the ones in Moscow have a high OHK distance while the ones in Normandy often only down.
normandy is more populated, so more people have the vitality perk there
so bolts were already pretty powerful and I just missed it due to Normandy being my starter campaign? or did they buff them slightly along the way outside of Stalingrad?
if by pretty powerful you mean that they can one shot down most people then yeah… thats how it has always been
I know they can one shot down most of the time, I was just curious as to why my Normandy bolt actions one-shot kill noticeably less than my Moscow bolts.
probably just more people with vitality perk 
(or you were just really unlucky aswell?). as far as i am aware, there is no practical differance between bolt actions in normandy and moscow. changes are only implemented in stalingrad, nowhere else.

Looking at your Kar rifle stats, it seams that you haven’t upgraded it fully. Final stats at 10m should be around 16
Also as has been mentioned here already vitality, all classes except Engineer & Sniper have that on Normandy.
