Before the Pershing patch if an outfit was available in more than one campaign, e.g. in Berlin and Normandy, when you equip it in one campaign it will appear in gameplay for the other. Now it only shows in one of the two. This is a regression from the previous system please patch it back.

The “previous system” was a glitch.
‘We fixed a missing piece of customization with the one which was not missing in the first place. Causing you to lose the customization which you had purchased initially’. Still waiting for a fix.

yes it was buggy but it’s way more logical than the current system
Their official statement is that it was a bug and it was fixed.

yikes. this is a dreadful system. there’s so many overlapping uniforms in Berlin and Normandy, Stanlingrad and Moscow etc

They just straight up ‘deleted’ it from the game. My bad. Thet were actually trying to ‘fix’ the customization.

Hopefully, it comes back sooner than later. Their intention seems to have been good. But for some reason they keep deleting one asset in favour of the other. Lol.

Yes I’m so annoyed they removed it without telling us. I spent my hard earned and hard played soldier cust. cards for them. Very disrespectful to us players.

Customization seems to be the least priority for them at the moment. At this point I am only expecting some positive changes if and when the game goes F2P on Steam.

Yes I understand. It’s unfortunate that that is the situation, not even to mention the lack of support for regular players and their concerns.
I agree with you fully, but I guess I could see why, you are now in a different part of the war, but then again wouldn’t you keep the gear you bought? If they really intend for you to buy a new face for every single campaign, then they have truly gone mad. I’m trying to keep good faith in thinking this is a bug, but they have yet to address this issue, or the uniforms, or anything about fixing customization at all.

so is buying the same uniform for the same soldier over multiple campaigns
