i know that with 2 or more engineers you can give the order to build something without doing it yourself, there’s some method to do it even in normal squads with only 1 engineer?

Not that I know of, and I love giving soldier orders. Honestly makes radiomen less useful since I need to have 2 engineers to be effective at quick building.
Definitely would like to see this change.
