The current system of selecting a squad and managing soldiers is a nightmare. I propose a system like this;
there should be a button called “Squad and soldiers” which when clicked should take you to a menu that on one side has all the squads, with the slots in said squads and on the other side of the screen you have every single “reserve” soldier.
Which means you can drag and drop soldiers back and forth between squads and reserves… instead of having to equip 4 squads at a time and managing them, before then swapping them for another 4 squads…
