Compared to last year’s event, this one is terrible, claustrophobic, and discouraging. If anyone is going to play regularly for the next 13-20 days… then congratulations.

I hope not, its not something anyone would wear in WW2, if anything it should be an unique cosmetic which is hard to obtain

Reminds me of this story I read about the “Wild Men Of No Man’s Land”.

Id argue its balanced insomuch these are just literal weapon skins/ cosmetics. They almost all dont add anything to combat capability at all.
Functionally were simply choosing to pay for cosmetics here. Even the flamer squad itself is a event only version of the (MUCH BETTER REWADS) premium flamer squad for allies.
Regarding this Halloween event, I’d like to say some words that start with F.
This event lacked any sincerity and was simply a reskinned version. Players who participated in random matchmaking more than 10 times didn’t even survive to the 5th wave.
You told me to kite zombies, but you didn’t even give me a fast unit…F
The map is too small, and there are obstacles and invisible walls everywhere.
Throughout this year’s updates, I’ve never seen any sincerity from you guys; you’ve just been constantly testing the players’ limits. I suggest you change the name to “Compliance Tester” or “Player Limit Tester.”…F

For anyone wordering, the squad came with non upgraded Garands for all soldiers.
I guess thanks. I definitely won’t be using those weapons on British squad.

Even past event squads with customizable weapons came with them upgaded, like the rocket radio squads.
That’s how I got my current ZH-29s that I don’t use.

No… trench club has 140 sprint factor 130 maybe on machete or 140 and even the tomahawks now despite only 120 so 12 movement boosters functionally which is not bad but i’ll acknowledge i was supporting bad business model.
Trench club also has a ridiculously fast swing speed making it actually fun for that rare moment.
Cool event, squad as a prize is a nice touch with all of the weapons…just a few concerns:
- sometimes I spawn with 1 teammate, others up to 25…there should be a minimum of 4
- getting 6000 points a day is WAY too time consuming…maybe make it easier to get points or for those that do spend hours to get the 6000, make each level ( 1000, 3000, 6000) an event level so you can get 3 a day like regular BP…some people still have BP to grind
- also, is there a way to keep these event playable all the time in a menu when you need a break from the regular game?
