Сontents of the landing boxes and its impact on tier

We have a very different approach to the landing boxes:
British airborne with machineguns, have terrible for tier 5 stuff inside box, and they balanced by machineguns in hands.
Same for premium US squad.

Italians got rofly Tier 2 SMGs in hands, but 6 flamethrowers in box- they balanced by only one weapon from box (you can never pick it).

USSR guys got tier 5 content in the box, but they balanced by weapons in hands, and can use this stuff on low tier.

So, DEVs, are you balancing by weapon in box, or by weapon in hands?
Let us know, we don’t understand.

Suggestion is simple:
Let the players pack the box, and include to balance both: the weapons in hands, and what player put in the box.
It will be fair.

Exactly this is the way! And make Paras useable in all tiers.

theyre balancing torwards weapons in hands and complainst that why the italian paras are tier 4 and the kv1 tier 3

This should also be done for engineer squad to let them decide which supportive weapon they can build.
