So i had all the prev. twitch drops (like this one).
I know they said they will give it to us next week but is this new currency already it?
Or if i spend it will i have 2 of the same ,cuz i already had it?

Same thing happened to me. I just redeemed all the pistols anyway.
In the announcements the tanks and “unique soldier” are noted as not able to be received if you already got one - but the pistols are not - so looks like you can get 2 of each - see the asterix:
But if i dont use them to double my pistols,will i be able to use them later for something else or will they disapear?
They are just for hte pistols - you get 2 weeks to use them, and if you don’t then they disappear
You can buy 1 of each pistol max sadly.
