Offer more flexibility, making Aircrafts not being tied to only one squad

Right now, only the Soviet that is able to use a Jet for fighter III squad and another BR5 fighter plane (La-7, I-185) in Fighter II squad. Even more, they can now have 2 La-7 at the same time after the addition of BP Red La-7.

Question is, why other factions can’t do the same (not including legacy squads). For example, Japan offers a very limited combination flexibility because every BR5 fighter planes of them are tied to one Fighter III squad. So you can have 1 Kikka and at most, another Zero or Ki-100 for Fighter II squad. You can’t have 1 Jet and another BR5 fighter plane at the same time like Soviet could.

All of Japan’s squads are limited…most only have one plane to pick from.
