Finally waited and now have them, they are really nice, even with vertical recoil perk the gun on auto has a kick, grenade launcher binding and my secondary weapon conflicted on ps5 (rifle grenade was triangle twice, secondary was once, I guess I never noticed this as my rgren troops never has a secondary… resolved but making secondary hold triangle button).
Back on point, they have a good load out, the camo is relatively effective, but considering I have the ground based para with kirali, it would be nice to see a different customization colour than brown…
Right now comparison to allied, both allied prem and event Paras had decorated real soldiers, did the axis not have decorated para heros?
The allied Paras can wear berets, or hard para helmets, have not noticed the same degree of relevant customization in axis, but only quickly checked options.
As for balance, it is well balanced against allied overall, as more people get them we will see axis gain its w/r back again or maybe it will be about balanced… they have good Assault and AT, I would argue better than allied.

A good link for the fallschirmjäger doctrine (remember coh 2? OKW). Premium landing gives fire support, and the event gives support against enemy clusters at the point. As for me, it sounds great + there is faust, it’s super against Jumbo and others)

For me personally, this is probably the worst version of FG that’s currently in game. I will not utilize GL and the weapon itself feels very bad in comparison to its counterparts (but it has very comfortable sights, I like them).
But I am not stat nerd, maybe number are telling something different

They have 200 rounds and you need pretty much all of them to get kills with that thing. The recoil will have you miss most of your shots while the FG for the germans is like a laser even in auto.
It’s the least accurate FG in the game.

every german paratoopers are rubbish … and no chance or balance between allied!
The new British paras are good at CQC when they hipfire and at longer ranges. They have to mount their MG to be accurate.
The Germans get a gun that is good in CQC (on full auto), and at medium to long range on semi. They can take out a squad as fast as the Brits with their MG (or even faster) with their grenade launcher.
But then again it all depends on the operator.

FG42 is pure end rubbish. You can never play on full auto … there are many SMG´s better!
The other side is pacific where the americans can get m2 carabine for a full grenadier squat! 9 stormtroopers for real ??? Such a unbalance shit! Axis got 4 Stormtroopers ( Allied 7 or 9 ) gg wp EZ I would say mhhh?
Rocket plains are the same rubbish. AND and the playerbase is in suffer because of THIS terms!
Fire is banging threw walls like phosphor, there is no phyisic in this game.
The progressing system will be a big thing for old and new players.
My thing is … I playing now 1 year and 1 month … allied is unbalanced on so many fronts

In the hands of a good player anything can be deadly. (part of the beauty of this game)
The M2 carbine will be removed after merge in the Pacific. The planes with the rockets (for the allies) are to balance out the German tanks. The German tanks have better armor and ammo, so the allied planes have better rockets. Tunisia I can’t really explain the balancing (shame, its one of my favorite campaigns to study) Hopefully they will fix the WP and the flamethrowers.
