Now I have a great concern on whether Dev will not keep their words even just for some most recent dev blogs

See what’s they said before about the weapon transfer mechanism:

But now, the game’s transfer has a huge limitation, you have to reach the CAMP LV of that weapon unlocked in target campaign. That makes this mechanism no sense. For the bronze tickets required to transfer, you already can buy one DIRECLTY via random loot. And via random loot, you can get extra weapons.
I used to think this will reduce the playerbase division due to more campaigns by encouraging players to play other campaigns.
But WTF this limitation is? If you have to reach the target CAMP LV, also most players will want to transfer some decent weapons. That means you already at the late stage of that campaign. By then, I believe most players already get enough resources in the target campaign.

So what about these promotion/saying?

Will they still let us gain XP via custom battles by then?

Can we trust they will not raise the XP requirement for leveling up soldiers?
Also retraining point will be nerfed, because current retraining point XP is fixed at 3200.

This is all recorded in my wiki: Soldier's perks and points | Enlisted (BiZhan) Wiki | Fandom

Also how much will they compensate? If like only just 1x more tickets, that dosent cover we can actually dismiss soldiers for their weapons for more tickets! Also bronze tickets will be greatly ineffective by then. You have to rely on BP’s silver tickets to get new weapons. 2x~3x is reasonable.

Don’t forget you only get 18 silver soldier tickets (ELITE LV IINCLUDED) , 36 silver weapon tickets before BP LV61 in BP S2!
Only 18/36!!!

I accepted that they may not keep their words for an entire CBT period. Changing from what looked very promising game to a cash grab after the monetization test. Months is too long that reality is changing.

But for several dev blogs, that only posted few weeks earlier, they started to show of not keeping their words.

Are the changes to upgrading troops/weapons being delayed or cancelled? Cuz TBH the upgrading system we have right now isn’t half bad.

The major update have 2 part wait for the second

To prevent people from gaining advantages in other campaigns and farming MG34s and PPShs in Berlin for Moscow etc.
I dont know whats the matter here?
All they said is that you can move weapons as long as they exist there.
Pretty vague but at the end its more or less fine (there are minor things like the Enfield or the price for low Tier gear) and saves a lot of orders (and squad grinding).

I do not know how people can read a stragery/ promises there. The snail and DF are always pretty vague in their dev blogs (or certain justifications for game issues).

I dont think my question"Is that means we can only transfer weapons that’s are in the other campaign unlocks, but regardless of whether you unlocked it, right?"
“where they have not been researched or purchased.” “researched” dosent means unlocked.
Also I mentioned about the balance.

Balance can be solve in other mild restrictions. Not this hard.

from my experience, id say a lot of ppl’s definition of “not keeping ‘their’ word” is actually that their not doing things how u expected. a lot of times ppl take their assumptions to be the way things are done, then when they are done a different way they start raging. this is not a bad mechanic that they put in, its a different one, thats all. “they” and “u” being general, not specific

I thought it was obvious that when you were going to transfer a weapon, you had to actually have access to that weapon. It’s not totally useless either, i’d imagine it makes transferring fully leveled weapons over without having to do it all over again in another campaign.

“researched” means the squad upgrade tree.
