If they fix bipod mounting in the next 7 days will you change your opinion? I doubt it.
Engineering teams need to work to priorities. I can’t say what this teams’ priorities have been but can guess that they weighed that bipod mounting wasn’t the most important thing (for revenue - which is all that matters).

I don’t mind playing against a few players and bots. Games like Normandy is sweatfest and explosion spam. Playing with all players suck.
Also as someone has said. The new system will just force people out of Normandy, to fill the void, but they liked Normandy for a reason didn’t they?

Regardless this game is still being worked on and they will continue to work on this new system and we will see how it is tweaked or changes as time goes on

I agree that bipods need work and are rough but I manage
I missed that post. I’m stunned that anyone would prefer Normandy with bots over ANY map with people. To each his own I guess. I’d prefer to end up mid pack in a hard fought match with people than to dominate some bots.

They tried.
Actually they already tried to merge equipments, that’s called weapon transfers.
They even said you dont need to researched to use them in new campaign.
But again, they only bring us a useless version of weapon transfer. They “reinterpret” the “research” words letting most of forum misunderstand and let down.
Because of being too greedy.
Yeah, I know. You will not be able to farm bots anymore. Your stats will never be as good as before. Your ego will suffer.
Is it problem for normal player? I dont think so.

Mah, just realize that we will have WT with Infantry in the long term. With most of its terrible mechanics. If you can accept this, fine. Could i be wrong with this? Oh god i hope so. Now we got to wait and see.
If no one wanted to play 1941 Axis, why should they bother now if Soviets are still better? If Italy still has weird ticket and capture rates, why should people bother to play Allies in Desert again?

I just dont see how this will bring (back) players if the gameplay still sucks and certain factions still have upper hand despite gear and ticket imbalances? Yeah, I guess Allies Late war will rise again and Early and Mid War Germans will rise from the ashes all of the sudden.
For me it feels like they really just merge Axis Normandy and Axis Berlin together because Berlin is sole campaign where both sides have similiar number of human players and Normandy Axis most players I guess.

There is Alot that can be wrong.
As everything in life. We hate changes. But one can also see, that the positives this changes brings, are far far more than the negatives.
Tldr. If done right Players will have a easy life.
If done wrong, we just have to report the issues and hope they change them.

Also did a scout yesterday over the webs and way more people considering installing and playing again when this hits, somehow the grind divided per campaign was just too much for them

Im not surprised, if i haven’t started playing in Closed Beta, i woudn’t play it. Because you load to game and see 6 campaigns you have to grind one by one, lots of them have same weapons and you just have to grind one weapon multiple times.
For us veterans its easy to grind them, we had time to do them one by one, but new player imo can’t know what to do first.
Strange. But i see more comrades postpone this game for now, or even quit. When i ask for the reasons most said: we do not want to see War Tunder mechanics again. So it will be important to hear more from Devs what the changes really are.

They gathered people here promising detailed honest WWII experience, most people came here for that reasons, looks they failed with the game and now they making a new game which requires different audience and attitude towards some of the topics. Looks like many people feel just cheated. Maybe they join us together with WT audience someday so we may share better quenes, planes, tanks, ships, infantry all under one click…
